A brief summary of our purpose and training
Pinpoint Facilitation is based on Moderation Technik, a long established European group facilitation process, and uses Neuland equipment and materials to record ideas, discussions, decisions and action plans. The original concept has been further developed specifically to meet the needs of global audiences and is widely used amongst top Companies, Government Departments and NGOs throughout the world. The protocols ensure buy-in from participants and allow contributions from everyone – regardless of their rank, confidence and preferred working style. Diversity becomes a positive.
Using Neuland’s quality products the output from Pinpoint sessions is highly visual, immediately accessible to a wide audience and easily recorded using digital photography.

The Key Principles of Pinpoint:
The Pinpoint methodology relies on the facilitator as a guide through the process – he/she is not a leader or director. The ideas, dialogue and conclusions must belong to the participants. No-one is forced to contribute verbally – all working styles are honoured and the facilitator is there to ensure all ideas are recorded, evaluated and decisions made. The methodology is based on whole brain working and supports theories about how people work, think and learn best. The process, techniques and application employ verbal, visual and kinaesthetic (physical) elements.
The Pinpoint method challenges facilitators, trainers and managers to review how they work with their groups. They are encouraged to hand over ownership of the session to the group. They should manage the discussion, moderate conflict and maintain focus. They should not contribute their own ideas, priorities or recommendations.

Workshop Costs and Considerations:
In house training is designed for, an ideal, 9 participants and can focus on key requirements of the business. In this way there will be an instant use of the process after the event.
£4,950 (+VAT) extra delegates can be accommodated but will reduce effectiveness by making day 2 longer or reducing time for personal practice. Extra delegates are charged at £550 (+VAT) up to a total maximum of 12 delegates.
