We deliver throughout the UK and Ireland. We recommend delivery two days before your event to allow for any courier issues. We will collect the next working day after your event between 0900 and 1700.
The delivery cost is subject to weight and volume. We do not charge hire costs for days travelling.
We require 72 hours’ notice for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland orders. We can arrange for delivery the working day before your event and collection the next working day.
If you are using spray glue, we ask that you spray on paper on the floor, not on the board. Cleaning will incur a £70 charge. Damaged equipment surfaces or frames will incur a charge, dependent upon condition.
We need your full postal address, the name and the telephone number of who will receive and manage the return of the equipment. Whether looking to fit out a conference or training room, we are happy to advise on the best facilitation equipment for you.
Couriers need correct information and will charge for failed collections and deliveries if they get turned away. They are unable to wait whilst a customer searches for the equipment.
