Don’t Give Up

I recently had major back surgery.

Sadly it didn’t work. I can’t walk very far, and the pain is brutal – worse than before the op.

The reason why I’m sharing this (back)story is to explain why I haven’t been on socials as of late.

My bones may be flaky but I’m not, so here’s an update on what’s been happening…

📍 Our workshops have continued (shout out to my sterling team of facilitators). Plus, due to demand we’ve released new dates for where you can learn our unique facilitation method.

📍 At 77 years old I’ve started weightlifting. 🕺

📍 And I can confirm gin and tonic is the ultimate tonic.

So, here are some words of wisdom…

If you’ve experienced a setback – things will improve, but only if you don’t look backwards.

You may have to adjust what you’re doing to achieve the desired outcome

But don’t give up.

It’s good to be back (s’cuse the pun).

Ps. I asked my Marketing Manager to send me a corporate image for this post. I have no words…
